Fundación Club Campestre Los Arrayanes
Access to and use of this website (the “Site”) implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by whoever visits or uses it (the “User”). If the User does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the Site.
Fundación Club Campestre Los Arrayanes is a non-profit organization linked to Club Campestre Los Arrayanes, whose purpose is to carry out education, training and wellbeing programs for young people, as well as to receive and manage donations and volunteering in support of those programs.
The purpose of this Site is to: provide information about the Foundation, its history, its mission and vision, and its leadership team; publicize its programs and calls for applications; channel the involvement of donors, partners, volunteers and beneficiary applicants; and publish transparency and accountability information.
The Site is informational and does not require creating a user account to use it; the conditions for donations are described in section 5.
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, and not to use it to:
Failure to comply with this section entitles the Foundation to take the appropriate technical or legal measures, including blocking the source of the violation and, where applicable, reporting it to the competent authorities.
The information published on the Site about programs, scholarships, calls for applications, places, dates and requirements is for information purposes and is subject to change without prior notice, as well as to the specific rules and regulations that the Foundation sets for each particular call. In the event of any discrepancy between what is published on the Site and the official rules of a specific call, the latter shall prevail.
Applying to a program through the Site's form does not guarantee admission or the allocation of a place, scholarship or benefit: the evaluation and selection of applicants is the sole responsibility of the Foundation, according to the criteria of each call.
The Site does not require user account registration. The contact, support, beneficiary application, volunteering, newsletter subscription and civic participation forms only collect the personal data needed to handle each request, as described in the Privacy Policy (section 10 of these Terms).
Submitting any form on the Site does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship between the User and the Foundation other than the handling of the request submitted (for example, submitting the application form for a program is not, in itself, the acceptance of a place).
The texts, images, logos, trademarks, design and other content of the Site are the property of the Foundation or of third parties that have authorized their use, and are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial use is prohibited without the Foundation's prior written authorization, unless the law expressly permits their use (for example, quotation for journalistic or academic purposes, with proper attribution).
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media, partners or the payment gateway provider). These links are provided solely for the User's convenience. The Foundation does not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites. Access to a third-party site through a link on the Site is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.
The Foundation makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, up to date and free of errors, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors, and will not be liable for: interruptions or technical failures of the Site beyond its reasonable control (for example, failures of the hosting provider); decisions the User makes based on the published information without verifying it through the official channels of the corresponding call; or the content or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site (section 8).
Nothing in this section limits the Foundation's liability in cases where Colombian law does not allow it to be limited or excluded.
The processing of the personal data that the User provides through the Site's forms is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting any form on the Site, the User declares that they have read and accepted that Policy.
The Foundation may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes to the Site, its services or the applicable regulations. Substantial changes will be announced on this same page, indicating the date of the update. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published implies acceptance of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent judges and courts of Colombia, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., unless the law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
For any questions about these Terms and Conditions, the User may write to:
